  9. I would like to offer this items as a gift to my beloved cooperating teacher, Mr. Nestor Estremera, for teaching me all that I should learn in preparation for me being a future teacher. I became a SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) student teacher at Lagro High School. As a TLE teacher we are handling a lot of electives and during my practicum I was assign into the elective of SMAW. I did not change my elective because I find it interesting and challenging for me as a girl. He taught the right techniques and how welding works. He give me strength and motivates me that I can do it even though I was a girl. He says that I am much better than the other boys. And because of that, I gain my confidence in teaching welding to my students. I would like to give him this gift to say thank you for all that he does good to me. Hopefully I can win one.

  10. If I won this prizes I would ,honestly, give it to myself. Not being selfish or what but being a teacher is a different thing. You handle hundreds of students then go home and sleep without realizing that you, yourself, needs to give yourself your own pat on the back. Teachers survive their everyday life, without realizing that "hey! I did a great job today". But instead we just go to our bed and then rest.

  11. Before, I have a nephew who is so naughty but, when he reaches his 3rd Grade, everything changes because of her Teacher Maris, I saw how his teacher really inspires him to change his bad attitude. If I won a prize from the giveaway, I will give the prize to my nephew and he will be the one to give it to his personal influencer, his teacher. I really appreciates how Teacher Maris pushes valuable learning experiences to my nephew.

  12. If I win this, I will give this to my grandma because she had taught me very well when I was in elementary and still teaching me life lessons until today. She didn't become a school teacher (she once told me that it's her dream), but I know she had put all her love for teaching while looking after me. :) That's why I considered her the No.1 teacher in my life.

  13. If I win the competition, I'm going to give the prizes to the teachers of mine I had back when I was still a High School student. I'm still not sure to whom I'm going to give them to, but I'm going to tell them how special they have been to me because in the near future I myself will be a teacher. That's right, I'm taking up Secondary Education because my teachers have inspired me in the past and I want to become like them now so that I can touch lives.
